1. CONTRACT STAFF ADMINISTRATION
File and record information of Indirect Contract Staff within MSBU, including contract document and correspondences with staff or agencies.
Track expenses, claims and payment for each staff
Produce monthly report for respective BU Heads
2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO) SUPPORT
Supporting contract fulfillment and project activities
Supporting PMO in project schedules planning, costing and documentation
Assist PMO to keep track of project progress
Record information on the starting, milestones payment, starting of warranty and ending of Purchase Orders / Contracts / Projects
Record customer feedbacks
Process Purchase request and link relevant expenses and cost to the contracts / projects
Produce regular and ad-hoc request of project and delivery status reports to BU Head and department managers.
3. GENERAL SUPPORT
Provide business management and operation reports to MSBU Management timely and regularly, including month-end closing, sales, stocks inventory, payment receivable, and major contracts / project status reports.
Working closely with the BU Head in ensure compliance with Company ISO and SOX practices within MSBU
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Business related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Office Manager
Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
