Maintain full set of accounts
Daily checking of AP invoices and payments
Daily checking of AR and receipts
Prepare statement of accounts and debit/credit notes to clientele base
Prepare and check payments
Perform bank reconciliations, issue cheques, related compliance duties, collections, etc
Other adhoc account and book keeping duties as assigned
Minimum LCCI or diploma in finance/accountancy or equivalent
Preferably with prior admin or customer service experience
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel etc)
At least 2 years of working experience dealing with full set accounts
Good communication skills
